ICP Group is looking to identify an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.  You will be responsible for generating and developing new leads, communicating with customers in both sales support and direct sales roles, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce, and following established sales protocol to ensure successful customer outcomes. A successful Inside Sales Associate will identify, develop, and grow customer accounts. 

This position can be remote for the right candidate.

You will have sales responsibility for our ASTEC® products, a leading brand of fluid-applied membrane systems for the sustainable restoration of roofs, walls, tanks, piping, ductwork and other industrial surfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new sales and manage on-going customer relationships for ICP’s Astec products on a national basis.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new end user customers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Retain accounts by checking customers’ buying history, suggesting related new items and explaining technical features and benefits.
  • Grow existing customers through email automation, cold calling, customer inquiries and other lead generation tools.
  • Respond to customer’s requests for quotes, product support, tracking orders, technical needs and other inquiries.
  • Identify key audiences for outbound prospecting: considering criteria such as industry, organization size, contact role, and other demographics relevant to the campaign or offering.
  • Obtain and cleanse raw contact data from platforms including ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, and ConstructConnect for use in outreach.
  • Communicate via phone, email, social media, and additional viable channels with prospects, sharing foundational product knowledge.
  • Dial in high volume daily, attempting to touch triple digit contacts by phone each day.
  • Author and send email content via Salesforce automation tools in support of calling campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate as appropriate with field sales, product management, marketing, and other inside sales teams to create and nurture effective working relationships.
  • Regularly provide reporting on activities, prospects, and wins utilizing Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, and additional business intelligence tools as needed.
Experience needed
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or construction a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
  • Excellent time management and organization
