ICP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our efforts in the building materials industry, specifically within commercial industrial roofing. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in Commercial/Industrial roofing sales to drive demand by recruiting and partnering with roofing contractors. A deep understanding of fluid-applied systems and proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will be based in Florida or the Atlanta, GA area.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth within the commercial & industrial roofing sector.
- Lead sales team to identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with roofing contractors to promote and install our products effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce or another CRM to manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and optimize customer relationship management.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the commercial industrial roofing industry.
- Provide technical training and ongoing support to contractors and distributors to ensure proper product application and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and R&D, to align on goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven sales leadership experience (leading a team) in the building materials industry, with a focus on commercial industrial roofing.
- Background working with or for roofing contractors is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Proven experience driving demand.
- Familiarity with fluid-applied roofing systems and related technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
