Our Insulation & Adhesive business unit is a cornerstone of our business, providing advanced adhesives and insulation products that are trusted by leading manufacturers and contractors across North America.

We are seeking a results-driven, industry-connected Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales to lead and expand our OEM, residential roofing adhesives, and insulation sales channels. This is a key executive role with a mandate to build revenue, deepen relationships, and shape market strategy in collaboration with the Business Unit leadership team.

The EVP of Sales –Insulation & Adhesives will lead three mission-critical sales functions:
 
  1. Business Development – Promoting full range of ICP Group Products across a number of channels including OEM manufacturers and industrial distributors.
 
  1. Residential Roofing Adhesives – Providing advanced adhesive systems for concrete and clay roof tiles and other residential applications with a focus in the Southeastern U.S., Southwestern U.S. and the Caribbean.

Insulation & Adhesives Sales – Driving commercial spray foam insulation and contact adhesives sales through specialty distributors across North America.

This individual will partner closely with other ICP Group Sales Leaders to ensure effective execution across all sales channels to include DIY Retail, e-commerce and ICP Canada. The EVP will also partner closely with the three Business Unit General Managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver sustainable top-line growth for ICP Group.

This position is remote with 50% travel

Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and inspire three specialized sales teams to support the commercial success of the I&A Business Unit while also supporting business development initiatives for the broader ICP Group.
  • Align team structure, goals, and metrics with growth objectives and organizational priorities including the adoption of best practices for account management and pipeline development through improved adoption of Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented culture built on ownership, accountability, and customer success.
Go-to-Market Strategy & BU Partnership
  • Partner with the BU GMs to define and implement go-to-market strategies for each business segment.
  • Translate strategy into commercial execution through segmentation, targeting, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, R&D, and operations to align product and channel strategies with market needs.

Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the face of ICP to key customers and targets within target industries.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the roofing and construction ecosystem to open new doors and accelerate growth in high-potential accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new OEM partnerships and channel opportunities through a proactive business development mindset.
  • Capitalize on your established network—OEM decision-makers, technical specifiers, national contractors, and/or distributors—to help ICP gain faster access and build long-term value.

OEM Channel Leadership
  • Personally engage with top-tier OEM accounts integrating our adhesives into membrane-based systems (e.g., single-ply TPO, PVC, KEE).
  • Build strategic partnerships with leading roofing system manufacturers and collaborate on product testing, qualification, and adoption cycles.

Residential Roofing Adhesives
  • Drive residential adhesive sales through channel development, contractor engagement, and regional market penetration by expanding our best-in-class contractor engagement through our leading training and certification program.
  • Ensure product positioning aligns with building codes, installation preferences, and performance standards in concrete and clay tile applications.

Insulation Sales Strategy
  • Grow share in low pressure spray foam insulation through targeted contractor and distributor relationships.
  • Position ICP’s insulation solutions as integrated components within complete roofing and wall systems.

Commercial Execution & Forecasting
  • Deliver annual revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all three verticals.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Promote cross-functional visibility and transparency in account planning and strategic priorities.

Job qualifications:
  • 15+ years of senior sales experience in commercial or residential roofing, construction materials, or adhesives.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and building long-term strategic customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the roofing adhesives landscape, either as a former sales leader at a roofing OEM manufacturer, or a supplier to leading OEM systems manufacturers.
  • Proven ability to scale teams, manage complex portfolios, and drive results in competitive markets.
  • Strong industry relationships with roofing OEMs, insulation buyers, or contractors/distributors.
  • Leadership experience with or within companies such as GAF, Johns Manville, Carlisle, Sika, Elevate / Firestone, Soprema, H.B. Fuller, Bostik, Henry, Owens Corning, or other market leaders.
  • A background that includes both direct sales and senior-level account management or business development roles.
  • Prior involvement in developing channel or product strategies in partnership with BU leaders or cross-functional teams.
  • Business Development Leader – High initiative, networked, and commercially savvy with a passion for building strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker – Able to translate market insights into tactical and strategic sales actions.
  • Team Builder – Inspires trust, drives accountability, and builds high-performing, engaged sales organizations.
  • Customer Advocate – Obsessive about value creation and long-term success for our customers and partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
