ICP Group is looking to hire a Site Level EHS Manager for multiple facilities located in Tampa, FL. The Site Level EHS Manager will have facility oversight and lead the implementation of EHS management systems for ICP Building Solutions Group offices and manufacturing centers in Tampa, FL. The position is office-based in Tampa, FL with the ability to travel overnight to other locations up to 25% of the time. This position will report to the Regional EHS Manager for this territory.
You will be a member of the plant leadership teams and assist in implementing process safety, occupational safety, employee health, industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety, and environmental compliance programs. The Site Level EHS Manager will work closely with the corporate EHS Team to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable regulations (including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT) and standardized processes across the organization.

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to:
- Proactively manage risks and mitigate hazards for the company.
- Monitor regulatory compliance; monitor and update programs as appropriate.
- Perform and lead Job Safety Analyses/Job Hazard Analyses.
- Priorities work and produce measurable results.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the enterprise; as well as roll out and ensure the implementation of those standardized practices at the facilities under your leadership.
- Assist in the development and presentation of standardized training.
- Develop, schedule, execute and track employee EHS training, including but not limited to New Hire Employee Orientation, temporary employee onboarding Lock Out Tag Out, Emergency Response, Confined Space Entry, PPE, Electrical Safety, etc.
- Manage site data including number of employees, hours worked, OSHA logs, incident reporting, KPIs, etc.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Prior experience with an EHS Dashboard is a plus.
- Maintain EHS compliance and timely reporting (e.g. permits, licenses, and maintaining appropriate records) for federal, state and local laws and applicable agency regulations.
- Perform inspections including fire extinguisher, eye wash, safety shower, SPCC, SWPPP, RCRA, etc.
- Manage programs associated with regulatory compliance including but not limited to HazCom, Title V, TSCA, PSM, RMP, and Emergency Response.
- Focused efforts in driving housekeeping (5S), hazard recognition, risk assessment and compliance improvements.
- Interact with and manage customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and attorneys.
- Serve as point of contact for regulatory agency inspections.
- Partners with site manager and EHS staff to ensure regulatory compliance, drive employee engagement, and safety culture improvements.
- Champion efforts to proactively address EH&S related issues through safety observations, near miss reporting, hazard identification reporting and facility inspections.
- Mentor site level EHS coordinators in routine compliance roles and employee engagement.
- Responsible for administering the Incident Protocols – documenting and leading all accident/incident investigations, injuries/complaints concerning hazards in the workplace; ensure that root causes of near misses and incidents are identified.
- And other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- B.S. in Environmental, Health, and Safety; Engineering; or related field.
- 3 to 5 years EHS experience in chemical or manufacturing environment or consulting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (written and oral communication, people management and influencing) with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in writing and executing EHS programs.
- Experience in writing and executing training programs.
- Ability to remain calm/collected and assume a leadership role in emergency and/or hazardous situations.
- Excellent organizational/administration skills; high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, good judgment and positive attitude
- Demonstrated success in a team environment in achieving high performance and goal objectives
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
